Miner County operates a volunteer ambulance service with the addition of two full-time "on-call" EMTs.  Cora Schwader serves as ambulance manager under the direction of the Miner County Ambulance Board.  Board members include Kari Jo Carlson, Barb Esser, Lanny Klinkhammer, Jerome Johnson, Denise Gassman, Valera Anderson, and Michael Connor.
